Let’s Talk About The Ladies…

afterellen are organising their own Top 100 Beautiful Women list after all the publicity that the Maxim one got last week. It will be interesting to see if the lesbian list differs greatly from the Maxim “men’s” list. (I can pretty much guarantee that Lindsay Lohan will not be number one!) After submitting my votes I thought it was a good time to give you my list of the top 10 most gorgeous women according to me! (Also I had a very hot dream about Katee Sackhoff last night).

So… here they are! NB: Jan would of course automatically top this list, but I am restricting it to famous people. Sorry Jan.

10. Famke Janssen

Famke Janssen

She was gorgeous as troubled heroine Jean Grey in X-Men.

9. Eliza Dushku

Eliza Dushku

Mad, bad and dangerous to know on Buffy – no wonder I can’t resist!

8. Sarah Shahi

Sarah Shahi

Ah, Carmen de la Pica Morales! No woman would ever really leave a brick house like you at the altar as Shane did in the L Word.

7. Jackie Warner

Jackie Warner

Star of reality tv show Work Out, she may be the fittest lesbian in the world. What’s the difference between a straight girl and a lesbian? Jackie Warner.

6. Amber Benson

Amber Benson

As shy witch Tara on Buffy, she seemed like she has a lot of hidden depths, and absolutely gorgeous lips!

L Word Drama!

Recently we received a lovely care package from Australia from my buddy ACP. It contained (among other things) the last five eps of the L Word. Watched two last night and I just have to say, it’s turned into a fantastic show – the drama, the humour, the tragedy! The horrible Christian family organisation woman! That bitch! By the way, she was played by Helen Shaver who was one of the leads in Desert Hearts, the first ever lesbian movie with a happy ending.

It seems that Shane is turning into the Phil Hunter of the L Word (Bill reference, sorry)

It really has got better and better considering the first eps were pretty trashy and predictable.

Anyway, I am imbued with gratitude to acp for sending them over, and to the cast and crew of the show for making such great television!

Of course, it could all turn to crap in the last three eps…

PS Nice to see Snoop Dogg in it as well – he pops up in the strangest places – heh heh…
