Obligatory L Word Post
The L Word is very good at the moment. I die everytime Bette comes on the screen! She is so hot!! Jennifer Beals is an excellent actress too. (Time to rewatch Flashdance?)
It is very explicit though isn’t it? I remember when we got excited when tv showed two women lying in the same bed talking. Now we have about 10 lesbian sex acts on free-to-air tv every Monday night.
Not that I’m complaining.

The bigger picture is that despite this stuff being networked and free-to-air (as in Canada), it hasn’t turned the adult population of New Zealand into perverts, as some people would like for the public to believe.

i used to wish it didn’t conflict with the west wing
but now the west wing has dissapeared, hopefuly TVNZ doesn’t do the same to the L word
