Freaking Out
Scary morning as I realised that I couldn’t find my bag, with my wallet, phone and $1500 CAMERA inside. Eventually it was tracked down, at the Victoria University Lost & Found Office!! Completely intact thank god. I had left it in my tutorial room last night and some WONDERFUL cleaners had found it.
This prompted the following thoughts:
- Thank god thank god thank god thank god thank god thank god thank god
- Aren’t NZers nice and honest? I left my camera in a Shanghai taxi for TEN MINUTES and it vanished.
- I am an idiot who should never be trusted with expensive portable technology.
- Chemistry is so gripping that it takes over your brain.
- Thank god thank god thank god thank god thank god thank god thank god

you are a SHOCKER! I don’t know anyone who is as bad at leaving expensive things behind as you. Actually my stepmother has done it a number of times with her laptop.
