Post-Something Stress
Poor Jan is a little bit traumatised by yesterday’s incident and keeps wondering if the drunken murderous woman is going to knock on the door again and blame her for the arrival of the police. Pretty unlikely as I doubt she could remember which house it was. A very nice (very young) policeman came and took Jan’s statement, but he thinks probably nothing more will come of it, as it is one of those domestic incidents where no one presses charges and nothing happens. Until the next time someone pulls a knife during an argument.
We were calculating all the things Jan has witnessed over the years - carjacking, mugging, burglary, stolen car crash, strangulation and now stabbing. She just needs gunshot really to complete the set!
Elements of the day: Sodium (Na), Magnesium (Mg), Aluminium (Al), Silicon (Si), Phosphorus (P). I had forgotten silicon is an element, I associated it purely with breasts! Isn’t chemistry interesting?

hi i’ll give you a trick that made me memorise the peridic table (and I got 86% in school c science so am a genious)
it goes like this but i can’t actually remember what elements are what, anyway:
Hydogen, helie, beb can off ne na megal syp sic cal ar ca car,
it is phonetical but maybe you can translate it.
