New Home
Okay, after some DRAMAS with moving the site, it’s now all transferred over to the new server at Digital Pacific. Please let me know if you come across any weirdness. Hopefully all will be smooth.
We’ve got some people coming over for lunch today who are the only other lesbians in the world* with a child with Down Syndrome - and they live 40mins drive away! What are the chances? Their little girl is 9 months younger than Archie. Should be fun.
*as far as we have been able to ascertain without putting any great effort into looking

well emily you ignoramous (spelling?) I just googles “lesbian with down syndrome child” and it came up with heaps, the first one is some kind of breakthrough child support in lesbian situation thing where the child has downs.
please keep scanning for flickr, I LOVE it, I am start a family album (not really) but I don’t have any of the old family shots (some other sibling STOLE them all) so It is good for me to k=collect some.

Archie and Niamh got on great but there were some fights with her older brother over the TV! Other kids hate it when Archie pushes the buttons at random and stands right in front of it. Plus Archie kept trying to act out Toy Story with Theo as a prop!! But it was a lovely lunch.

You should ask Tom at Wellurban to do you a Wellington map marking off lesbians, and Down Syndrome children, so you can see which areas have the heaviest populations of both and you can just concentrate your search there…
