The settlement went through at 11:44am! And now I am a bit tiddly after a couple of glasses of champers to celebrate… good thing I work from home eh?
This is the first house I’ve ever owned where there is a chance Jan & I could still be living there as two little old ladies (the previous two houses were bought for practicality rather than love). It’s a nice feeling.
