Things I Am Excited About
- Harry suddenly deciding yesterday that he could walk quite a lot, and wandering all over his Great Aunt’s house for hours!
- Going back to Sydney next week and seeing all our old buddies again (not to mention the dog and cats!)
- Casey Donovan winning Australian Idol. Unexpected but heartening! She’s not Ricki-Lee though…
- Seeing Ricki-Lee on the Grand Final. Ricki, you’ll always be my Australian Idol. Now get that album out, girl!
- The Amazing Race Series 6 starting this Sunday on TV2
- Catching up with dear friends Rosie & Danny yesterday, and hearing that Danny’s revolutionary paper on evolution has been published online by a leading British medical journal - I’ll post a link as soon as I get one!
- Singstar sequel coming out on PSX - it has all sorts of pop goodness and eighties classics on it - a must buy!
No wonder I am feeling quite optimistic today!

o yeah… ren just recieved the original singstar for her birfday last week and we are totally getting into it (as are all our friends). totally have to get the new one immediatley espec as it has “Take me out”. oh! and also “Hungry like the wolf”, no?? YAY!!!
