Well, American election tomorrow our time. Personally I am getting bad feelings (no doubt brought on by recent crushing Australian election) that we may be in for four more years of Bush. Whatever happens, I think there will be record voter turnout, and probably complete election chaos. Interesting that the world’s shining example of democracy is completely hopeless at holding free and fair elections.

It all reminds me of this site I found on the internet about 18 months ago, about a supposed time traveller from 2036. One of his predictions was that the USA would begin sinking into civil unrest and conflict in 2004-05, breaking out into full scale civil war by 2008. Strangely enough, America now seems so divided that one could almost see that happening! (If it does, bunker down for the nuclear war of 2015, and for god’s sake stop eating meat!! ;-) See John Titor’s Story
