On our way home from last night in Shanghai. It has been incredible, hard to believe Tokyo will top it! Not sure that mobile will work in Japan. Xxx me!!

Travelling through the countryside on the way back from Grand Prix Chinese rural is still quite densely populated and farmed, little mini cities dotted about. Ferrari won the race so we are off to eat snake to celebrate!

Have arrived at the track - miles out of town. It is very very hot and very very loud!

Up early to get off to the Grand Prix circuit - it’s quite a way out so will be a mission! Went out drinking last night, to some amazing bars filled with Westerners and a great restaurant with an Aussie chef who was very friendly. More soon!

Going down Nanjing Road, the main shopping strip - it’s mind blowing!

Have arrived safely, somewhat tiring plane trip but no dramas. The hotel is amazing! Our room is on 76th floor. This is the view from the foyer. Off to well deserved bed now!
