The Dark Side
Yesterday we took Anthony out to the US-style mega mall, called Botany Downs, at the edge of Auckland city. It was pretty bizarre, hardly any people there and tons of little avenues and shops and so on. However the big winner was once again The Warehouse, a very large one was there and Anthony finally got to appreciate its unique charm.
Today we are planning a trip to the West Coast beaches, some rugged coastline and of course another Xena location or two. Perhaps I can even get Ant to re-enact the roll down the sand dune!

Oh I see, how funny that the first I hear of having to roll down a sand dune is by reading it online… what a wonderful modern world we live in ;-)

well i didn’t actually roll, as it was only one part of a huge trek we had to get thru [with a tiny child on our backs].
