The Power Of Blog

Just had a freaky moment talking on the phone with a new client. I had never spoken to him before and was saying how I would be getting broadband next week so it would be easier to get me on the phone etc. Then he says “Yes, I saw the picture of you kneeling at the table, that’s what happens when you move I guess”

OMG!

So what I dreaded IS actually happening, clients taking the end of my email address and going to the website cos they think it’s my work website. Bugger.

I fear I will have to:
1) Get a work website domain and change my email address
2) OR move this blog to a subdirectory (which it already is in actually) and just give relevant people the address

Dammit! Sorry Alan Client if you are reading this. you have put me in a quandary…

Well, I think it’s am ironically lucky thing to have happen. It’s possible that more people than just Alan Client have been to jemsweb, yet haven’t mentioned so back to you.

You are a more than capable graphic designer too, so I think a bit of effort dedicated to presenting your professional face on the index page of jemsweb is a good thing. You, go geek-girl!
