At first I thought they were going to do the predictable resolve all the underlying issues thing... then I thought "no, they are all going to be burnt to a crisp!"... but actually it served to amplify all the tensions by bringing them out into the open. Now Jim will be in a loveless marriage to a psycho, while his true love and superior resents him and makes his life hell. Tony will be all tragic and chasing Polly's ugly sweater-tails... and probably self-destruct. While Polly probably has another breakdown due to disfunctional men ...and all those bad hair do's and clothes she wears. Love trash TV! :) Well I thought the Bill was just tits!
