Happy New Year To All
Welcome to 2004 everybody! I have had two weeks of computer free time and it has been very pleasant. But I did miss my little shack and my MP3s I must say. And now I have come down with a ghastly head cold and general lurginess - ew!
Family are all well and we had a good Christmas. It was a bit crazy with all the Sqwalkerlongs in one room but there were no arguments and many pressies! Then had an extraordinarily quiet New Year, though we did manage to stay up past midnight - impressive! Jan had her birthday and is now 36!! Shock horror ;-)
Went to see Return of the King and it was sooo cool! Definitely the best of the three. But Ned was a mere silhouette, they didn’t even use the bit that was in the trailer. Alas!
Harry still growing at an astounding rate. He was 6.5 kgs just before Xmas. He has settled down a lot and turned into this smiley easy baby. To put him to sleep, just wrap him up and leave him on the couch! He even slept through last night.
Off to die in a small corner of horrible lurgy now. Ergh.

ah sweet baby harry… we have just had all our photos developed from our happy stay with all y’all and are well pleased with the results. sadly we are entirely un-web-savvy, computer-illiterate in fact, so cannot show off said snaps to one and all. let it suffice to say that everyone in them is totally good-looking. of course.
happy birthday to jan!!! and consider y’selves lucky i was too “merry” to work a phone at midnight on nu years or you would have heard all about it!
ps. new tattoos for us this week hurrah!
