Medical Encounters
Another lovely Sydney day today, blue skies and warm air. The scent of privet is drifting in through my shack window. Must get that cut down! Archie is watching Sesame Street. Jan is playing Risk. Noo Noo is on the phone and I am about to start work for the day. I am writing a technical specification, one of my favourite activities - not!
Archie has been having a few medical encounters lately. His eye test went well with no signs of lazy eye or squint, though he is slightly longsighted but no need for glasses (yet). Then last night he had his Measles/Mumps/Rubella vaccination. We were a bit freaked out by this one as it has caused big scandals in Britain, allegedly causing autism and stuff, but then measles is pretty nasty too. He seems fine so far! He is having an official portrait taken next week which of course you will see here first.
