Archie Understanding

We went on a major shopping expedition yesterday, first to Spotlight where Jan bought faux fur, and then to The Magic Roundabout, a great second hand baby items store in Stanmore. Much pre-loved clothing and toys and books were purchased. The Bill last night featured a person with Down Syndrome and was very well done we all thought. Archie is off to have his eyesight tested today, cross fingers! Just a routine check they do on babies with DS, who are more likely to have vision issues.
We realised last night that Archie is understanding us! He will respond to several sentences, like “can I have a kiss?” and “go get Elmo” - very exciting!
