Only two days till Archie turns one! Looking forward greatly to his picnic in the park on Sunday. Our new mattress arrived and we had our first night’s sleep on it last night - very nice. Jan is off to start work tonight, doing an overnight shift, so I get to be babysitter extraordinaire. I will be giving Arch his breakfast in the morning and looking after him while Jan sleeps!

I was excited to read about hydrogen cars in Salon - the sooner we get off our addiction to fossil fuels, the better.
